Jenna Marko is a 6 year old member of the St. Albert Ringette family. Earlier this month, Jenna was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer.
The Merchants are looking to provide support for Jenna and her family and will be collecting donations in lieu of admission at Friday’s home game.
St. Albert Ringette Association is raising funds to help cover medical costs, loss of wages, and living costs to see them through this difficult fight against cancer. On December 23rd, the coaches of the St. Albert Ringette Association will be playing in a fun and exciting game to help raise funds for Jenna and her family. The game will take place at5:15pm at Go Auto Arena in Servus Place, in St. Albert. Feel free to come on out for an evening of food and drink at Skybox Grill in Servus Place, where they will also be hosting a silent auction. During the game itself, there will be a ring toss during intermission, 50/50, photo booth, and a crafts/bake sale happening. Admission is free, however donations are greatly appreciated.
Skybox Grill will be donating 5% of all sales that evening to the trust fund set up for Jenna and her family at TD Canada Trust.
