In accordance with the required 21-day notice period and pursuant to the Societies Act of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the President has called a Special Meeting of the members for the St. Albert Junior B Hockey Club - The Merchants.
The purpose of this Special Meeting is to present and to have a vote of the members to update and amend the Club’s Bylaws (see below) to ensure full compliance with the requirements of the Societies Act.

Members in good standing are encouraged to attend, as approval of bylaw amendments requires member participation and voting.
